Hey, I am Back!

After some time away, I’m finally writing my first blog post of the year—and it feels both emotional and comforting to be back here with you.

The truth is, the start of this year has not been easy for me. I wasn’t in good health, and dealing with eye allergies was something I never expected to be so challenging. It wasn’t just uncomfortable—it affected something very close to my heart. I had to completely stop crocheting and shift all my focus toward healing and getting better.

For those who know me, you’ll understand how difficult that was.

Because of this, I was only able to prepare around 20 pieces for the recent Jesselton Artisan Market. That’s also why I decided to have a bigger sale during that time. It was my small way of saying sorry—for not being active, for not updating, and for not being able to create as much as I wanted for all of you.

Honestly, it was a tough start to the year. I felt sad and a little disappointed in myself for not being able to do something special for everyone like I usually try to. But I’m learning to be kinder to myself and to accept that healing comes first.

The good news is—I’m getting better. Not fully recovered yet, but enough to slowly return to what I love. And right now, my heart is already looking ahead… I’m starting to focus on creating again, especially with Kaamatan coming up. 🌾

I’m really excited about what’s coming next.

So please stay tuned—there will be a big update on my website soon, along with new products that I’ve been dreaming of creating for you.

Thank you, truly, for all the support. It means more than I can ever express. I see you, I remember you, and I carry every kind word and encouragement with me.

With love, always.
